Position at a GlanceThe Respiratory Therapy Supervisor plans and directs, on a daily basis, the staffing and activities within the Respiratory Therapy department for the care and treatment of patients. Provides leadership, establishing a cohesive work group culture by ensuring informed, motivated, and challenged staff, while supporting departmental and regional goals of multiple services.
Required: Licensed by the Oregon Respiratory Therapist Licensing Board as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP). National Registry (RRT) by NBRC. Current ACLS certification. Minimum of 5 years critical care experience. Ability to strategically plan and prioritize workflow with limited resources and time allotment, as well as motivate and organize work groups and serve as a role model.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health care Administration or related field. Management education and experience.Portland at a Glance

Current licensure (or ability to obtain) with the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners is required, and one year of hospital experience is preferred.
